Q.6 When will the tour, fan club event, TV and radio recording be held?

All events are held irregularly.

Once they are confirmed, we will announce on the official website and fan club member only website. Advance ticket reservation info will also be announced on the official website and fan club member only website when confirmed.

*Advance ticket reservation may not be available for some shows and some may not include WORLD P.T.A. members. Please note that advance ticket reservation will be offered to P.T.A. and WORLD fan club will follow after. 
*Participation of TV and radio recordings may not be available for some programs.

Q.1 I don’t own a computer. Can I still have access to WORLD P.T.A. contents?

We recommend that you access member only website from personal computers.

You may access the website from any computer with your membership ID and password.

However; you are required to have your e-mail address for registration so please create an account using free e-mail services (Yahoo!, Gmail, etc.) in advance.

Q.1 How can I join the fan club?

Simply purchase “WORLD LSG (T-shirt)” with serial number available on artist online shop A!SMART and enjoy the exclusive contents. Registration of your personal info is required to access the contents. Please refer to “How to join” page for more details.

You can register through both computers and smart phones.

However, we recommend computers to get the best result when accessing the website. Website is not accessible from feature phones and some smart phones. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Yes.

However, you will still need to have an e-mail address you can view on computers to register. Your mobile e-mail address can be registered in addition to the computer address. Therefore, if you don’t own a computer, please create an account using free e-mail services (Yahoo!, Gmail, etc.) in advance.

1 account per person. Multiple registration is not allowed.

Q.7 Can multiple family members sharing the same street address join WORLD P.T.A. (same address, different name)?

You are not required to register your street address to join the fan club so it is possible.

However, each member will need a separate e-mail address for registration.

WORLD P.T.A. is an official fan club for fans residing outside of Japan; therefore, Japanese residents are not allowed. If you’re a Japanese resident, please consider joining P.T.A. For more details, please visit P.T.A. website.

Q.9 I’ve completed the registration of my personal info but haven’t received my ID in my mailbox.

If you do not receive your ID and tent. password within 24 hours after completing your registration, please send us an e-mail using the form on the inquiry page. Please make sure to choose “Have not received Membership ID and tent. password” for the title and include all below in the e-mail body.

Q.10 When do I get the membership ID and tent. password?

Membership ID will show up on your screen upon completion of the registration so make sure to take note of it. Membership ID and tent. password will be sent to your registered e-mail account within 24 hours as well.

Membership ID is a number consisting of 6 digit number + WP at the beginning (total of 8).

This ID and tent. password will be issued and sent to your e-mail upon completing the registration.

*Please be careful with your serial number and password.

Tentative password is a password to login to the member only website. It is 8 letter/digits including both capital alphabet and numbers. It is included in the e-mail sent to you upon completion of registration.

You may change the password through “My Page” of member only website.

*You may not change the membership ID.

Q.1 Is there a membership card?

WORLD P.T.A. does not issue membership cards.

We have no plans to issue nor sell the cards in the future, at this time.

Q.1 Will there be packages sent via post from WORLD P.T.A.?

Packages sent through post is not part of WORLD P.T.A. membership privileges.

P.T.A. magazines (published twice a year) and DVD (once a year) are sent to P.T.A. members which comes with their membership. We plan to make them available for purchase by WORLD P.T.A. members as well but cannot include them as part of the membership privileges. We ask for your understanding.

▼About the registered personal info for WORLD P.T.A.

Q.1 Can I register using a nick name?

Your registered name must be your official name which matches exactly with your name printed on the passport.

Membership privileges are only serviced to the member him/herself.

For some events, IDs may be checked at the entrance. In that case, your WORLD P.T.A. registered name must match your official ID.

Your e-mail address can be changed through “Change of registered information” page within “My Page” We cannot change on your behalf even if you contact WORLD P.T.A. so please make the changes yourself. All announcements from WORLD P.T.A. are sent via e-mail so please make sure you have your latest e-mail address registered to receive the news.

When you use “My Page” for the first time, you are required to change your password. It’s not an error. Please change your password per instruction and go onto “My Page.”

The website is in Japanese. We have automatic translation system available so please translate to your language and enjoy the site.

Q.2 When do you start accepting new members for WORLD P.T.A.?

If you purchase “WORLD LSG (T-shirt)” for the corresponding year, you will receive membership service for 1 year starting Feb. 14th. We will announce the sale of “WORLD LSG” every year around January.

If you are currently a member, with your registration to continue the membership, you may keep your membership ID to receive services.
