Before making an inquiry, please read through the FAQ section to check if your question has already been answered.
  • Please see the “Information” section of the official Perfume website, which is continually updated with details of the group’s schedule, performances and other activities. We will not respond to inquiries relating to information that is not posted on the website.
  • We always try to respond to inquiries where possible, but please be aware that it may take time to receive a response in some cases.
  • We may be unable to respond to certain inquiries, depending on their content.
  • We cannot guarantee responses to any personal correspondence sent to the group.
  • We will take on board comments and suggestions submitted to the WORLD FANCLUB, as an important source of information to help us operate the fan club in the future. Once an event has been scheduled, details will be posted on the official website and the members-only site. Information regarding the availability of pre-sale tickets for WORLD P.T.A. members will also be provided as soon as it is available. Please check the official website and the members-only site.

As long as you know your membership number and your password, you can log on to the members-only site from any computer.

To become a member of WORLD P.T.A. however, you will need to register a computer-based email address. If you do not have a computer, please obtain a free online email address (Yahoo!, Gmail, etc.) before completing the procedure to sign up as a new member.

Yes.

If registering a mobile phone-based email address however, it will have to be registered as an extra address, in addition to your registered computer-based email address. To register, all members are required to have a computer-based email address. If you do not have a computer, please obtain a free online email address (Yahoo!, Gmail, etc.) before completing the procedure to sign up as a new member.

Yes, because you are not required to register your address when joining.

It is not possible for family members to register using a shared email address however, so please use a separate computer-based email address for each name.

WORLD P.T.A. is a fan club for fans living outside Japan.

As a rule, you may not join if you live in Japan.

Q.7 When will I receive my membership number and temporary password?

Your membership number will be displayed on screen as soon as you have completed the payment procedure. Please write your membership number down for future reference.

An email entitled “Membership Number and Temporary Password” will also be sent to your registered computer-based email address within 24 hours. Please check the relevant email.

Your membership number is a seven-digit number consisting of the letter “W” followed by six numbers.

It will be included in the email entitled “Membership Number and Temporary Password”, sent upon completion of the payment procedure, and on your membership card, sent out once you have joined.

Q.11 What is my temporary password?

Your temporary password can be used to log in to the members-only site. It will be an eight-digit number consisting of a combination of capital letters and numbers. It will be included in the email entitled “Membership Number and Temporary Password”, sent upon completion of the payment procedure.

It is possible to change your temporary password to a password of your own choosing by going to the “My Page” section of the members-only website.

* It is not possible to change your membership number.

Your membership expiry date will be February 13 every year, regardless of the date on which you joined.

This will be permanently displayed in the top right of the screen when you log in to the members-only site, so that you can check for yourself.

Q.2 Will I receive an email from WORLD P.T.A. explaining how to renew my membership? If so, when?

An email explaining how to renew your membership will be sent to your registered computer-based email address every year, at some point after the start of January. (The email will also be sent to your mobile phone-based email address if you have one registered.)

In the event that you do not receive such an email, due to an error for instance, and wish to renew your membership, please complete the renewal procedure before the expiry date.

* Please bear in mind that we will be unable to accept inquiries regarding failure to complete the renewal procure because you have not received an email.

Q.12 I have completed the renewal procedure (payment) but now I can’t log in.

Please check that you have entered your password correctly. If you cannot remember or have lost your password, please complete the procedure to issue a new password by clicking on the “Forgotten your password?” link at the bottom of the login page. If you are still unable to log in, please submit an inquiry using the form on the “Inquiries” page. When doing so, please provide all of the following details in the “Inquiry” section.

Q.13 My membership expiry date has passed. Can I still complete the renewal procedure?

It is not possible to complete the renewal procedure after your membership expiry date.

If you do not make payment of the renewal fee by February 13, your membership will automatically expire and you will no longer be able to log in to the members-only site from the following day onwards (from midnight on February 14).

If you wish to join again, please reapply via the “Membership” page. You will then be issued with a new membership number. Please be aware that you cannot continue using the same membership number as previously.

Although you will have a new membership number after rejoining as a new member, there will be no change in your membership benefits as a result.

Q.1 Can I register using a nickname rather than my real name?

We ask that all members register using their real names (as written on your passport).

As rule, only registered individuals are eligible to receive WORLD P.T.A. membership benefits. In some cases, eligibility may be restricted to members only, including participating in WORLD P.T.A. members-only events and viewing TV and radio shows. In such cases, we will have to confirm your identity at the entrance by asking you to show a form of identification with a photo. (Please be aware that you may be refused entry to such events if the details on your photo identification do not mach the name registered with WORLD P.T.A.)
